How is Frequent Flyer® Health Boost different to other regular multivitamin tablets?
Frequent Flyer® Health Boost has been specifically formulated to include the right type and combination of ingredients to help fight off colds and flu bugs, maintain hydration and support the immune system while travelling. This unique combination comprises of Vitamin A, C and E, Echinacea, Zinc, Antioxidants and Electrolytes. Can I take more than one tablet a day?
When travelling its a good idea to take one tablet per day for a few days before you travel and one tablet every four to six hours when you are on your long haul journey. However you should not take more than 3 tablets in a 24 hour period. Once you have reached your destination it is a good idea to take one tablet per day for a few days. Please note, each tablet contains 230mg of sodium which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet. Frequent Flyer® Health Boost contains selenium which should not be consumed in high doses, therefore it is recommended to not exceed taking 3 tablets per day. In addition, Frequent Flyer® Health Boost like other vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. When should I take Frequent Flyer® Health Boost?
Before you Travel: Adults take one Frequent Flyer® Health Boost tablet daily, 2-3 days before you travel.
While Travelling: Take 1 tablet every 4-6 hours during your flight. Do not exceed 3 tablets a day.
At your Destination: After you arrive at your destination, take 1 tablet per day. Please note, that Frequent Flyer® Health Boost like other vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
How should I take Frequent Flyer® Health Boost?
Simply dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water.
Is Frequent Flyer® Health Boost safe to take onto the plane? Do I have to declare this?
Frequent Flyer® Health Boost is a multivitamin supplement which is available over the counter and does not need a prescription. Since it is not classified as a drug, there is no need to declare Frequent Flyer® Health Boost at any stage of the trip.
Can I take Frequent Flyer® Health Boost during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No. Frequent Flyer® Health Boost is not suitable during pregnancy or lactation. If you are pregnant, considering becoming pregnant or currently breastfeeding, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
